I work in the CNS Speech Lab at Boston Univesity. My PhD is in cognitive science and linguistics at Indiana University. My research interests include speech recognition and synthesis, music cognition, dynamic systems, robotics, temporal pattern integration by artificial neural network, human-machine interaction, rhythm, language, and more. Prosody in speech synthesis and information transfer through sound and speech are at the heart of it.
